In 2018, a waste crime consultation was held which included waste exemption reforms designed to ensure exemptions could no longer be used to mask illegal waste activity in England and Wales.
This short course will use interactive e-learning to help you to develop a greater understanding of what changes will be implemented following this consultation and what it means for individuals, organisations and the resource and waste management sector.

The course aims to improve the delegates’ understanding of the core waste legal obligations.
To ensure that information is up-to-date and accurate, this course has been developed with input from the waste industry, consultants with regulatory experience and experienced training professionals.
